**Student/Resident/Fellow Pricing

We are pleased to offer $199 full conference registration to any student, resident, or fellow interested in attending Rocky Mountain Symposium 2023. Individuals planning to register at the student/resident/fellow rate must submit written confirmation on their learning institution’s letterhead from a faculty mentor that they are a current student. The letter of confirmation will need to be uploaded on the Demographic page within the registration portal. Please note that students, residents, and fellows are not eligible to claim credit for their conference attendance and that no registration discounts may be combined with this registration type.

Group Rates

Groups registering five or more people at the same time will receive a $100 discount per registration. Please note the group discount cannot be combined with other discounts and is applicable only to new registrations.

To receive a group discount, please complete the following steps:

1. Have everyone in your group register up to the payment page, but do not make any payments. Please use the "Add Registrant" feature if you would like to pay as a group.
2. Once everyone in the group has registered, please click here to submit the list of the registrants in your group.
3. We will apply the group discount to your registrations, and send updated invoices.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for Rocky Mountain Symposium 2023 must be submitted in writing by clicking here or postmarked by August 30, 2023. A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.

Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by September 28, 2023.

Cancellations received after August 30, 2023, will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.

Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

MATE Training

HMP Global recently launched a MATE Training Site to help every prescriber earn the newly required CME training as of June 27, 2023. The Medication Access and Training Expansion (MATE) Act requires prescribers renewing their DEA registration to complete a minimum of eight training hours on opioid or substance use disorders. Our on-demand website supports the DEA requirements through focused addiction education led by world-renowned speakers and presenters. The MATE portal hosts 12+ sessions for users to choose from, with access for 12 months.

MATE Act

The Medication Access and Training Expansion (MATE) Act requires prescribers renewing their DEA registration as of June 27, 2023, to have completed at least eight hours of training on opioid or other substance use disorders. This training can be provided by a variety of organizations—including HMP Education. HMP Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
