|Type of Registration||
We are pleased to offer $199 full conference registration to any student, resident, or fellow interested in attending Rocky Mountain Symposium 2022. Individuals planning to register at the Student/Resident/Fellow rate must submit written confirmation on their learning institution’s letterhead from a faculty mentor that they are a current student. The letter of confirmation will need to be uploaded on the Demographic page within the registration portal. Please note that students, residents, and fellows are not eligible to claim credit for their conference attendance and that no registration discounts may be combined with this registration type.
Groups registering 5 or more people at the same time will receive a $100 discount per registration. Please note the group discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
To receive a group discount, please complete the following steps:
1. Have everyone in your group register up to the payment page, but do not make any payments. Please use the "Add Registrant" Feature if you would like to pay as a group.
2. Once everyone in the group has registered, email email@example.com with a list of the registrants in your group.
3. We will apply the group discount to your registrations, and send updated invoices.
Cancellation requests for Rocky Mountain Symposium 2022 must be received in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or postmarked by July 6, 2022. A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by August 4, 2022.
Cancellations received after August 5, 2022. will not be refunded or provided a voucher. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.
Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to the COVID-19 epidemic.
