Rocky Mountain Symposium Audience

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, pharmacists, advanced practice registered nurses, registered nurses, social workers, addiction professionals, prevention professionals, health education specialists, certified counselors, and psychologists.

Joint Accreditation Statement

In support of improving patient care, HMP Eduction is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

 

Physicians

This activity has been approved to offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Physician Assistants

HMP Education has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with the AAPA CME Criteria. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

Nurses

This continuing nursing education activity has been approved to offer continuing contact hours for nurse professionals. 

Psychologists

HMP Education is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. HMP Education maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

Addiction Professionals (NAADAC)

This course has been approved by HMP Education, as a NAADAC-Approved Education Provider, to provide educational credits. NAADAC Provider #182840. HMP Education is responsible for all aspects of the programming.

Social Workers (ASWB ACE)

ACE LogoAs a Jointly Accredited Provider, HMP Education is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. HMP Education maintains responsibility for this course.
